- Banner Ad on Position Listing Page - $350/month
- We have banner availability on our Jobs pages. This section of our site is the most accessed on StudentAffairs.com, receiving tens of page views a day. The Position Listing Banner Ad is a 468 x 60 pixel graphical ad linked to either a special PR page on this site (see below) or directly to your website.
Endowed Sponsors - $300 & $250 /month
- Endowed Sponsors receive a graphical ad (similar to the ones in our left hand column), linked to either a special PR page on this site (see below) or directly to your website. We have an upper and a lower placement and these ads are displayed throughout all pages of StudentAffairs.com website.
These rates are subject to change. Both levels of service require a two (2) month buy-in with month to month or block options thereafter. Discounts are available for longer terms with the additional advantage of locking you in at current rates.
- ROTATION:
Ads are placed in a rotation for a particular zone, which would either be in left-hand column throughout the site or in the body portion of the Jobs section. Each time a visitor's browser looks for a new page or refreshes itself, it displays the next ad in the rotation. It is run by a CGI script which actually tracks impressions (times displayed) and click-throughs. - We currently have an upper and a lower 120x180 zone in the left column. These zones are displayed on all the pages on the site that use this left blue column layout.
REQUIREMENTS:
All ads should be under 30k in file size and saved in either .gif or .jpg format. They can be either animated or static graphics.

- Exhibitors -
- Exhibitors can purchase space to list their service/product within our Exhibit Hall. The cost is $100.00 for a one year listing; $75.00 for a six month listing. Exhibitors receive up to 25 words to describe their product(s) and/or service(s). This listing can link either to a "PR Page". (for an additional one-time, $100.00 set-up fee) or directly to the vendor's website.
The mission of StudentAffairs.com is to provide Internet Resources to student affairs professionals. Submissions must be cognizant of this mission or their listings will not be posted. StudentAffairs.com reserves the right to decide if submissions are appropriate for the Exhibit Hall. Submissions that promote or advertise alcohol or tobacco or are sexually oriented in nature will not be listed. Depending upon the volume of submissions received it may take 3-4 weeks for submitted information to be posted.
- PR Pages -
- These one-page displays allow up to 100 words of text, plus space for a graphical logo and contact information. They are ideal for companies that do not have their own websites but would like the opportunity to provide more in-depth information than what is possible in the 25 words allotted to the Exhibit Hall listing.
PR Pages also allow vendors who may have their own website, but market to multiple audiences, to provide targeted student affairs-specific information and links.
There is one-time $100 design fee for creation of this type of page. Click here for an example. Please note that the basic fee covers text, layout, and static graphics. Animated ads & banners may be added at a negotiable rate.
