Short Course Listings

INTRODUCTION:

The StudentAffairs.com Short Course is intended for student affairs professionals who want to broaden their knowledge on particular topics being presented in the student affairs literature. The Short Course brings the works of distinguished authors to student affairs administrator.

Our first Shortcourse is from the book, "Giving voice to critical campus issues: Qualitative research in student affairs," written by Dr. Kathleen Manning. The medium utilized is six lessons, posted one per week on StudentAffairs.com, containing background information on the topic; the findings, concepts, and theories; and exercises to help individuals apply their new knowledge. There is a Discussion Board set up for Shortcourse participants to use to discuss the concepts presented.
