Half of the site is dedicated to character issues among college students and half to the "Character Clearinghouse." Content is appropriate to topic and coverage is much broader than just the journal.

The design is a bit cluttered on the home page, so that may slow downloading time. I was using a 333 MHz PC with a 56K modem, so those with faster and slower modems should have an idea of what to expect.

The links are generally good and quite useful, but I was disappointed to find that only two links out of many for the individual college presidents' public diaries took me to the presidents' diaries. Readers are not advised when new pages are still being developed. Readers should also be aware that all underlined words are not links.

Overall Evaluation - This site provides lots of good information and looks very promising. I hope proofreaders catch the typos in the next edit.
