Page contains exactly what it claims to be...The Universal Black Pages.
Very easy to navigate and has a search feature but the
advertisements on each page are distracting.
Many were out of date or slow to load, especially those in the college sections. However, there are so many links that it would be a very large task to make sure they are all up-to-date all the time.
Very good resource page with
a ton of links on every topic imaginable. Site does say it's under
major reconstruction, so changes should probably be expected.
